Brought my car here for a stolen catalytic converter replacement! Firstly, very professional phone etiquette! Secondly, everything went by smoothly. I was given updates in a very timely manner and my car was fixed in 1 day!!!! This shop is highly recommended! 10/10!!

The usual great service experience. I took my car in for a wheel alignment. While doing that, they found several front and rear suspension bolts loose. They took care of that. The car, a 1940 Ford hot rod, is new to me so it was a welcome find. ASAP can do it all, no matter what you drive. I highly recommend them.

Check-Engine light came on. Code reader reported a misfire in cylinders 3 & 4 (P0303 /P0304). One of the most common, and least expensive fixes is the need for new spark plugs. OEM spark plugs for my 2011 Subaru Legacy 3.6R are NGK's. I purchased six new NGK Laser Series Iridium spark plugs, and asked ASAP Automotive to install them in determining whether they were the reason for the misfires. I dropped off my car Thursday at noon, in case they were able to get to it before my scheduled appointment at 0830hrs Friday morning. Not having been called with any kind of update, I made contact with them later that afternoon to the status of my vehicle. I was told that "Mike" the mechanic had taken my car out for a test drive, and was able to reproduce the misfires; but, that he didn't think it was a problem with the spark plugs. Yet, the mechanic had yet to check the spark plugs, or replace them as I had requested. Evidently, the mechanic thought that there may have been a vacuum or air-leak, and would be completing a "Smoke Test". No doubt noting the annoyance in my voice in the lack of work that was done, I was then told that as soon as the mechanic got back from lunch, I would be called back with an update. The shop was going to be closing up soon, for the remainder of the weekend. Visiting from out of state, my family and I had to drive back home that Sunday. I waited about an hour and a half, and prepped to pick up my car, done or not. Ready to walk out the door, I was called and told that my car was ready for pick up. Ultimately, their Smoke test came back negative, and I was charged nearly $400 for the installation of the spark plugs I provided. Car is now running great! ("Imagine that!") Obviously, I wasn't impressed with the service received from this 5-Star rated auto repair shop. Despite the aforementioned service, I was very impressed with the owner's follow-up. Having driven to the distance of Utah, the owner "Ron" sent me a text asking how my vehicle was doing on our drive back home. I was both pleasantly surprised, and appreciative to receive his text.
