While work performed is the main goal of auto maintenance, a friendly atmosphere is much appreciated. I have been a driver over 40 years. I have MANY bad memories from other shops, where a woman is not treated the same as a man. I learned a lot from my Dad and brother about cars when I was growing up, and I appreciate that ASAP is more than willing to take me to my car and show me exactly what they see needs fixing. ASAP Automotive Repair took care of me very quickly! I was able to have my car dropped off over night by the tow company. They have a drop off box for the Key so I didn't even need to show up. They were very kind the entire time I worked with them. What I thought was originally a clutch issue turned out to be a blown motor which is a warranty item with my dealer. They gave me some advice and sent me on my way, I really really appreciate the great service and them going above and beyond for me! I'll be back the first opportunity i get, which hopefully be soon...
