I made appt for some major work to be done that was badly needed. New struts and 2 new tires, some rear brake cleaning (sorry, I am not too car savvy). ASAP gave me ride home and brought me back later. Only a couple brief phone calls, and communications were very clear. When I drove away, I could tell almost immediately that my ride was stiffer (safer). Thank you ASAP

My starter had died the night before. I had my car towed in to ASAP and within 2 hours I was out the door. you guys were obviously busy, but you were able to fit me in. I appreciate that. I saw your "new guy" at work at the front counter--nothing but courteous and professional to each person who walked in. Thank you again for being there.

It is refreshing to be able to take your car to someone you can trust and who provides exceptional knowledge-based service and doesn't charge you an arm and leg. I took my elderly parents handicapped van to ASAP Automotive and was so happy with the work they did that I recently took my car to them as well. I highly recommend ASAP Automotive.

Love this place! Not only are the staff knowledgeable, attentive to their customer's needs, but most importantly friendly. Being a girl and going to an auto shop there is always the fear of being ripped off, due to lack of knowledge. Never once have I felt that way here, they always explained everything they were going to do, how much it cost, ect and got my consent before preforming work! Overall if you are in the neighborhood for a new mechanic this is the place to go! You guys are the best!!!!!
