It's so good to know there is an auto shop in Fremont where the prices are reasonable, and the mechanics know what they are doing. Also am impressed with the cleanliness of the shop at A.S.A.P.

Have two autos both quite old but very much appreciated and the hope is to keep them running for yet a longer period of time. My first experience at ASAP Automotive was positive. The only hiccup was the fee (which ASAP waived) to provide an estimate for the tune up, which I never encountered with the dealer.Service was prompt and courteous, the service recommended was in line with my expectations, and I was pleased with the overall experience. I wanted to explore options (local businesses) other than the dealer for auto work, and I'm glad a neighbor recommended ASAP.

Service at ASAP Automotive has always been great!! Honest, fair and very friendly service. I drive all the way from San Mateo to have my vehicle serviced because I know it will be done right, and there are never any sudden surprises. #1 thing about this shop is they can be trusted to be honest about what is really going on with your vehicle. Hi again. Well I went to Bruce's Tires and the waiting area was hard chairs and a big TV, it was small and not inviting, so I left and walked down the road and back. This is to compare with my experience at your work place. Nice comfortable couch, coffee ready, TV with remote and the atmosphere was much better. Not that Bruce's did give me good service and a reasonable price, but your place is better. I paid without having to wait for a conversation in Spanish between the counter clerk and another customer. I'll be back to you for the suggested replacement of shock absorbers, their place is not a great location for me, and your service is super!
