I've been very pleased both times that I have taken my Ford Explorer SUV to A.S.A.P. The thing that impressed me the first time was that one of their younger employees took it on his own to stay after hours to troubleshoot my issue and was able to pin point the problem and fix it and allowed me to pick up my vehicle that same evening, even though it was after closing. The next time I had a fuel pump problem and had it towed to their shop close to closing time, they immediately tried to fix it on the spot by trying a quick fix method, which did not work, but then they had the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced by the next afternoon. Usually other shops would have taken 2 to 3 days to fix the same problem.

I've been going to Ron and ASAP for about 10 years - great, reliable, honest, fair, fast service. I don't take my cars or church van anywhere else.

My 1999 Suburban stopped running due to starter and electrical problems. It had also accumulated a number of other unresolved issues over the years. At the advice of a friend, I had it towed to ASAP rather than one of the nationally-known shops in the area. I went over the issues with Ron and listed them in order of importance. Ron did a great job on the repairs, fixing all listed issues for a reasonable price. Two weeks later, the car is running as well as it has in years.

Not only timely and quality repairs, but HONESTY and informative service. Ron does a great job expalaining neccesary repairs and even a better job telling you what repairs are NOT neccesary. I've always been a careful consumer, calling more than one business and getting multiple estimates and opinions. I no longer do this with automotive repair. If I have car problems, I drop my car off at ASAP with confidence that the repairs will be done "ASAP", correctly and at a fair price. I have recommended Ron in the past to friends and family and am very comfortable recommending him on Google.
